What made me Grab this?

As I grow and continue to expand my worldview, reading about topics that don’t directly impact me are very important. As Dr. King said inside a Birmingham jail cell, “An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere”. Women make above 50% of the national population, but 0% of former or current presidents. That statistic sparked this read. In a political climate that is growing in division, addressing the largest demographic in the country within politics is vital.
